This is followed by the sheet metal cutting stage, during which the components required for production are cut to size, sorted according to thickness and the specified technical requirements.
In-house sheet metal fabrication offers a competitive advantage, as it allows for product customisation right from the early stages of production, ensuring a high degree of manufacturing flexibility (with the exception of standardised covers, which are produced by stamping and therefore have fixed dimensions).
This approach applies in particular to customised hatches 392<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>, 392R<\/strong> <\/mark><\/a>e 394<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>, made entirely to custom specifications, including the lid.
At this stage, various mechanical processes are also conducted on round steel rods and bar elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
